I stayed at this hostel over Christmas and I must say, the location was amazing. It was just a short walk away from all the main attractions and the bustling nightlife. The hostel itself had a really nice communal area where I could relax and meet other travelers. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for me to cook my own meals.
the check-out process was a disaster. The staff kept coming into my room and asking when I was leaving, even though I had already informed them that check-out time was at 12 pm.

I recently stayed at Mochiliers in Cuenca for a few nights and had a great experience. The hostel has a cozy atmosphere and the staff members were incredibly polite and helpful. The location is fantastic, just two blocks away from Parque Calderon, and it's only a 10-minute street car ride from the bus station. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, a coffee maker, kettle. Additionally, the rooms were spacious with large lockers and the staff were always very friendly and accommodating.
I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a hostel in the heart of the city. The staff at Mochiliers were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with any requests we had. We really appreciated their assistance outside the hostel. The location was perfect, with a great selection of restaurants, bars, and the Centro within close proximity. The WiFi was reliable, and the unlimited hot water was a definite plus. our experience at Mochiliers was wonderful.
Almost perfect! 😊
